This booking is thru Nomadics rental company, not the condo owner. Had to do a “boarding pass” asking for personal info before check in info was shared. Also had to purchase their damage deposit, even though I declined to purchase VRBO’s.We had some issues with our check in (missing key fob) They responded fairly quickly and also addressed some other issues (fan hanging from bathroom ceiling, broken outlets, trouble opening balcony door, window issues)Other issues:-no mattress protectors on either bed- heavily scented laundry soap used on bedding-very uncomfortable, small couch - floors in bathroom and kitchen not very clean upon arrival.
