The condo is situated in St James which is a beautiful secluded gated community. The community has all the amenities you would need. The condo was average and a bit outdated but we did have all things you would need for a stay at the beach. The condos in the St James community sits about 2 miles back once you enter the community. This was not as convenient compared to other rentals I’ve stayed at because it takes at least 7 minutes just to get out of the community to the front gate. Overall, I would stay here again for the price. It was a budget friendly condo and it’s what to be expected. The cleaning ladies did a great job and made sure we had everything we needed.

Overall, the unit was nice. The bed slept well and there was nice decor. The only issue we had was the noted key for the pool in the unit was not available, so unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool. Great price for a place to stay near Oak Island for a couple. Very similar to a hotel room.

We had a very relaxing winter get away in this lovely condo on the golf course. Really enjoyed every aspect about it very much. Nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, nice outdoor sitting area. We'll be back!
