There's also a dock for family fishing or small boats, an outdoor swing overlooking the canal, a large outdoor shower with a detachable head (great for washing your dog), and plenty of storage for your beach toys.

The updated interior features an inviting open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the canal. Gather in the bright living area to plan your next adventures or watch an entertaining show on TV. The kitchen offers bright white cabinets, a breakfast bar, a pantry, and all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces with your family and friends.

There's a bedroom on the first floor that opens to the front deck with a smart TV for added entertainment. The other two bedrooms, each with a smart TV, are on the second level and open to a deck with ocean views.
