Had a great time here for a girls weekend. Great location and close to beach and restaurants.

The Sandy Step is a beautifully decorated coastal home, I love all of the Lilly Pulitzer and shore decor. The kitchen is well stocked, just have to look in the abundance of cabinets and pantry to find specialty platters, etc. The bathrooms are great and the separate "play room" downstairs for the kiddos is perfect. Because the house is elevated, the concrete patio underneath is great for shade and the kid/pet gate at the top of the stairs on the back deck is perfect. Family friendly and close to everything!

We loved the house! The kitchen was well stocked and located closely to the restaurants and activities of the Atlantic Beach circle.

Amazing stay! Our 2nd time staying at this residence. We have small children and pets and it is the best. We had a few hiccups with internet and the grill but other than that we had the absolute best week!
