Make yourself at home in this beautiful three-story retreat overlooking the scenic Topsail Sound Intracoastal Waterway. Perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure, this home offers easy access to the beach—simply walk across the street and over a private boardwalk to enjoy swimming, shell collecting, or soaking up the sun. Prefer the sound side? Paddleboarding is just steps away behind the home.
Located only two and a half miles from downtown Surf City, you'll be close to local restaurants, shops, and popular attractions like Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, the Topsail Island Historical Society, Hampstead Kiwanis Park, and North Shore Golf Course.
Spanning 3,000 square feet, this spacious home offers three levels of comfort, each with its own deck—perfect for morning coffee, birdwatching, or taking in views of boats cruising along the waterway.
The first floor features a private sauna and a luxurious primary suite complete with an en suite bathroom, fireplace, and TV. House is conveniently located to both the sound and the public beach. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. The back decks overlooking the sound were a favorite! We loved that we could paddle right from the back dock. We appreciated beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach cart, kayaks and paddle boards. The sauna was great too! We would come back here!

Sunset is a lovely, happy home that offers the perfect location for ocean and sound access. It is peaceful and the views of the sound are gorgeous. Fish and crabbing from the homes dock is a rare treat. We’ve stayed 3 times in the past year and look forward to our next visit.

We have stayed here before. We came back because of the location, vibes and views from the sound, and the amenities of paddle boards, kayaks and beach things. Very roomy and clean. Updating on tv's is a must.

My girlfriends and I loved the home. The location and view is amazing. The bedrooms are sizable and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. We loved kayaking with the kayaks provided. They also have paddle boards. We did not use the sauna. The dock/ outdoor space is fantastic and a great extension to the home. It's a short drive to the hub of Surf City, Ubers were available when we were there. Be sure to bring all spices, aluminum foil, 409... supplies like that. We would definitely stay here again.
