Sound FX is a four-bedroom, three-bath, sound-front home in Avon. The private dock and two-tier deck help to highlight the best sunset views while enjoying the soothing small splash sounds that come from the waters just below. The first floor is home to the kitchen, a study, a double-sized bedroom, a living room with a large flatscreen TV, and a dining room. With plenty of windows inside and out, you will never feel too far from the water. Upstairs you will find the remaining bedrooms that include a primary king-sized bedroom suite with a small lounging space and private TV, a separate large king-sized bedroom, and a third queen-sized bedroom. The house is spectacular inside for families and for location. It was more than what we expected and we truly wish we could’ve stayed two weeks. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy the best view in the whole island and the peaceful serenity it brings as well. Please book because you will not be disappointed.

Comfortable and classy. Kids caught fish from dock. Can walk to beach and nearby Dairy Queen.
Highly recommend.

We loved the house. It was perfect for what we were looking for, which was a quiet getaway, and since we visited in late December, that is exactly what we got. People in the area are friendly. I really appreciate how the owner provided things that we might not would have thought about, such a trash bags and dishwashing detergent. I also really appreciate how we got a call back almost immediately when we were struggling with how to lock the doors. I would definitely recommend this rental.
