OVERVIEW
To accentuate the fabulous views of the ocean from this 1900 square foot million dollar plus home, the pet friendly home features a “reverse” floor plan with 3 of the 4 bedrooms being on the lower level. The upper level features the living area, kitchen, and one of the two master bedroom suites. Each level features a large and recently renovated deck! Everyone gets the outdoor experience they want with both covered and open decks. The sun worshippers can catch some rays on the top, open deck, and the sun-avoiders can read, take advantage of the WiFi or enjoy the views from the covered bottom deck. The upper deck has a hot tub and, lots of outdoor furniture.
UPPER LEVEL DECK
Nothing says vacation like lounging in the hot tub on the upper level deck, enjoying the soothing jets while listening to the crash of the waves yards away. Star gazing at night is amazing. Full moon weeks are truly life changing. The upper level deck does not have access to the beach, so you can let the little ones and pets outside without worries.
UPPER LEVEL OF HOME; LIVING AREA
Real and recently refinished hardwood floors, tall cathedral ceilings, and recessed lighting punctuate a cheerful living room. A brand new (2024) living suite featuring a sleeper sofa, matching love seat, and two separate chairs offer plenty of room for the whole family to hang out together, either discussing the day's events or watching a movie or TV show together on the large flatscreen TV. A dining table that seats 8 offers a lovely window view of the beach and sits adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen. A unique coffee table in the living area has four slide-out seats providing an additional dining area for little ones
KITCHEN
The family chef will be delighted with the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and a cooling ceiling fan.
UPPER LEVEL MASTER
There are two master bedroom suites, one on each level. The upper level master bedroom offers delightful views of the beach and ocean, vaulted cathedral ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The en-suite bath boasts dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a rain shower with relaxing wall water jets.
LOWER LEVEL MASTER
On the lower level, a second master bedroom suite features a full tile bath with dual sinks, a rattan bedroom set, private sliding door access to the covered oceanfront lower deck, a ceiling fan, and a TV. A guest bedroom has sliding door access to the covered oceanfront deck, a ceiling fan, TV, and rattan bedroom set.
LOWER LEVEL BUNK BED ROOM
Features two bunk beds to accommodate four children, a TV, sliders to the oceanfront lower level deck, and a huge closet that will have a video game station installed before the season.

We had such a great time staying at this beach house in Topsail Beach. From the minute we walked in, it felt like the kind of place where stress just disappears somewhere between the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The beach access was super convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the whole place had that easygoing beach vibe that makes you forget what day it is.The dogs absolutely loved it too. They spent most of their time stretched out on the deck soaking up the sun like little retirees on vacation, and they were always ready for beach walks. Between the ocean air, all the new smells, and keeping an eye on the neighborhood from the porch, they were living their best beach life. Honestly, by the second day they acted like we were just guests staying at their beach house.One of the best parts was sitting outside in the evenings listening to the waves and convincing ourselves we could somehow make beach life permanent. The area is peaceful, quiet, and perfect if you just want to slow down for a few days.Everything felt welcoming and well thought out. We’d definitely stay here again — and the dogs would probably pack the car themselves if they could.

This home was in a great location! The beach was beautiful and not very crowded. Right in the middle of the island for easy access to Surf City or Sneads Ferry. Our family had a wonderful week at this home and we hope to be back next year!!

We saw the mixed reviews, but really wanted to try it. We have stayed at many places, but this is the first where we felt there is so much untapped potential and some neglect in one property with such an incredible view. I shared this comments with the rental company, but received no response. The hot tub was not usable due the water color, smell and its contents. I understand the starter pack idea, but its not reasonable to be provided 1 kitchen trash bag for 3 nights/4 days for 4 people when we cooked nearly every meal. It would also be nice for the starter pack to include laundry soap as ours did not. We ran into issues with showers and hot water the first night and through the rest of the stay. The 2nd story en suite shower head does not work correctly so we were unable to use it. When anyone is taking a shower on the 2nd floor, there is very little hot water available on the 3rd floor. That includes any sink, shower, or dishwasher. The TV in the 2nd story king ensuite is broken on the screen and unusable. You can only tell this by turning it on. We really hope that someone, possibly the owner, will see the house for its potential and provide renters with a options worthy of the house's location, price and view, like upgraded kitchen cooking supplies and pans, non-peeling cabinets, and newer king size mattresses. It would be funds well spent given the beautiful view.
