A pet-friendly coastal farm stay on 2 private acres in Santa Barbara — mountain views, firepit, and riding trails nearby; horses welcome. 3 bedrooms sleeping 6. Two acres changes everything: the sky gets bigger, the nights get darker, and the only traffic is a hawk riding the thermals over the Santa Ynez foothills. This is the getaway for guests who want to breathe — dog bounding across the yard, horses welcome in the paddock, More Mesa's riding and hiking trails minutes away, and the coast just down the road.

THE SPACE. A comfortable farmhouse layout with a king bedroom and two queens, two baths, and a fully stocked kitchen where the mountain views compete with the cooking. Two smart TVs, laundry, and a garage cover the practical side. Outside is the point: sprawling front and back yards, an outdoor lounge built around the firepit, a BBQ under open sky, and evenings dark enough to actually see the stars — a rarity this close to town.

WELLNESS HERE. Space is the amenity — 2 acres of it. Ground yourself with trail rides and blufftop walks at neighboring More Mesa, firepit conversations under real stars, and mornings that begin with mountains instead of alarms. Bring the dog; bring the horse ($500 fee).

THE LOCATION. Beside More Mesa's riding and hiking trails, minutes to beaches, restaurants, coffee, and the Santa Barbara Airport — remote-feeling, never remote.
