A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Mar Blanca Apartments begins this season a new stage under the management of Mauter Villas, with improvements designed to offer a comfortable, well-maintained stay close to the sea.
This 2-bedroom apartment (3 beds in total for 3 people and 1 sofa bed for an extra person) is part of a simple Mediterranean holiday complex, located just a few steps from Cala Blanca beach. It is a practical option for families or small groups looking for a good location, rest and comfort during their holidays in Menorca.
It has new beds, renovated sofa, air conditioning, updated furniture, careful decoration and access to a communal swimming pool. The beach is about 100 metres away and there is a bus stop very close by, so you can move around the area with ease. THE BATHROOM IS THE ONLY THING NOT RENOVATED
The space
The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with two 90 x 200 cm beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed, upon request, and another bedroom with a single bed. In the living room there is a 140 cm sofa bed, especially recommended for children or teenagers.
During this new stage under Mauter Villas management, important elements have been renovated to improve the comfort of your stay: mattresses, sofas, main furniture and decoration. It also has air conditioning, especially useful during the summer months.
The complex features a communal swimming pool with a shallow area for children, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the island.
In the surroundings you will find restaurants by the sea, walking areas, the Cala Blanca Cave and some of the most beautiful sunsets in Menorca.
Other notable aspects
Mar Blanca Apartments is in a new phase under the management of Mauter Villas. Key elements for rest and comfort have been updated and maintained, whilst the complex retains the structure and style of a traditional Mediterranean holiday accommodation.
The apartment is part of a complex with several units in the same category. The decoration, main furniture, sofa, beds, equipment and style are equivalent in all apartments, although the internal layout may vary slightly from the photos.
The images show an apartment representative of the reserved category. In all cases, the same level of comfort, equipment and care is maintained.
The sofa bed is mainly recommended for children or teenagers.
If you already knew Mar Blanca from previous seasons, you will find a renewed proposal in management, guest attention, rest, furniture and apartment presentation.
