Questa casa vacanza per famiglie è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da percorsi da affrontare in sella a una bici, da zone di pesca e da molte altre località interessanti. Poter contare su un parcheggio è una grande comodità se vuoi esplorare la zona ai tuoi ritmi. Mettiti alla guida quando vuoi: bastano 5 minuti per arrivare a Aventura Mall o 6 per raggiungere Hard Rock Stadium.

Si, hai disfato i bagagli in questa casa vacanza da 342 metri quadrati, ma forse non sai che qui hai a disposizione anche un giardino e una piscina! Se non ti sembra abbastanza che ne dici di un ottimo drink a due passi da una piscina all'aperto o di un po' di dolce far nulla sul balcone? Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

Questa sistemazione con 5 camere e 3 bagni offre anche un'area barbecue, l'aria condizionata, una pratica scrivania e uno studio. Asciugacapelli, asciugamani e shampoo sono tra le dotazioni di questa casa vacanza. Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un bollitore elettrico e una macchina per il ghiaccio. Anche se sei in vacanza, potrai fare qualche bucato e viaggiare con una valigia più leggera: qui trovi lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Property was rented in December for a week for family. There was ample sleeping and “hanging out” space for the number of family members. There was sufficient linen for family; however, towels were kid size and paper thin. Not an issue, we just bought and laundered towels to use. The property is situated very close to the Interstate and between Aventura Mall and 441 with a shopping plaza within walking distance. Grocery stores and restaurants are within short driving distance. Owner (or individual managing property) was very responsive via app to issues that arose during our stay, which was appreciated as this was a stressful time for family in town for funeral.The property was mostly clean, some areas could have used more attention to details including appliances frequently used (mold in compartments) and smelly garbage that was in the bins to left of home upon our arrival that had somehow missed pickup day. The property could use some upgrading but perhaps that lends some charm to the “haunted” theme. To name a few: plumbing issues when showering, toilet that flushes and literally sprays water, and electric sockets that are loose and outdated or hidden behind furniture and not accessible. The latter is why this property received 4 vs 5 stars. With upgrades, it would be well worth the stay if ever in South Florida again.

We took our family of 9 over the New Year Holiday Week and had plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor family activities. Location was centrally located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports and was easy to get to. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. There were lots of comfortable areas to sleep and we could have comfortably had more family join us and have plenty of space for more.

The pool area was awesome. We spent most time in the pool and on the patio. The home more than accommodated the 12 of us, plenty of room, kitchen was awesome, very clean. We came for a football weekend and we were minutes from the Stadium. Had a blast!
