The first floor is centered around a comfortable living room, equipped with a television and books, opening onto a private courtyard, perfect for al fresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as all the typical antique crockery and utensils needed to cook like at home. Under the stairs are the cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning products) and a washing machine. 🌞 An ideal environment

Located in the immediate vicinity of the village center, everything is within walking distance: the bakery is at the end of the cul-de-sac, as well as a butcher, a newsagent/tobacconist, an organic shop, a pharmacy and several supermarkets. In summer, Sainte-Marie-la-Mer comes alive with farmers' markets, concerts, beach restaurants and free events.
The village is also home to the painter Bernard Gout, a local artist whose works adorn the alleyways, and his wife Claudine Picard, some of whose works decorate the house. In the village square, an excellent café-restaurant will welcome you in a warm and typical atmosphere. 🕊️ Good to know The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility: the house extends over three levels accessible only by stairs, and the entrance has two steps from the sidewalk before reaching the front door.
