- For your peace of mind, the unit is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
- There is no washer or dryer available on-site.
- There is no A/C. This is typical of homes in the area, as summer temperatures are mild, rarely rising about the mid-70s.
- No parties: quiet hours are enforced
- The Basecamp is a ground-floor unit, and there may be others above you.
- For guest security, an outdoor camera monitors the front parking area. No cameras are located inside the property.
