Excellent

Very clean and well kept, parking spot right upfront, had everything we needed for our short trip! The host was extremely kind!

The sofa bed was not very comfortable and squeaky :)

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this apartment again on our next trip to Athens. The apartment is clean, modern, and feels very new and well-maintained. The location is excellent, within walking distance of a metro station, supermarket, and bakery, making it very convenient for both sightseeing and everyday needs. Having a dedicated parking space was also a great advantage. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was practical and convenient, and the apartment was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine and very effective air conditioning. Despite being located directly on busy Vouliagmeni Avenue, the noise insulation was surprisingly good, and we were not disturbed by street noise.

Just something to consider (not a negative, as it's clearly shown in the listing): the apartment is loft-style, with the sleeping area on an upper platform accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. This may not suit everyone, and night-time trips to the bathroom can be a bit inconvenient. We stayed for eight nights and would have appreciated some basic cleaning supplies, such as a mop or Swiffer, for longer stays. Overall, this is a stylish, comfortable, and very well-located apartment, and we would happily stay here again

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar unos días en Atenas. Está a 5 minutos del metro que te conecta directamente con el centro de la ciudad. El encargado era muy servicial.
