New chalet in a small village of the French Alpes with peaceful surrounding at an altitude of 2000 feet overlooking the valley of Isere.The property is located 40 minutes from two family ski resorts Le Collet d'Allevard in the massif of Belledonne and Aillons-Margeriaz in the massif of Les Bauges during the winter as well as the lovely lake of Aix Les Bains and national park of the Vanoise during the summer.You will enjoy the warm atmosphere of the American kitchen , a luxury jacuzzi in the master bathroom and a large terrace for outdoor activities.
Chalet nouvellement construit dans un petit village au calme dans les Alpes a une altitude de 650m avec vue panoramique du massif des Bauges et de la Chartreuse.Location centrale pour une baignade au lac d'Aix les Bains en ete et une sortie de ski a 40 minutes aux Collet d'Allevard ou a Aillons-Margeriaz en hiver.

Fabulous place, had everything we needed. Stunning location. Fridge wasnt clean and had left over food still inside.

The house is located in a very small village in the French countryside which gives you the ability to live between the local French people. Very quite neighborhood. The house has all comfort! Two bathrooms, spacious kitchen (incl. separate oven and microwave, dishwasher, US-style fridge, washingmachine/dryer, etc.), large living room, excellent Internet/WLAN, etc. Great panoramic view on the mountains. Communication with the owner is pleasant and fast. So highly recommended if you are looking for a quite place to stay with all the comfort you can desire.

Spacious, well set out and well equipped house with fantastic views in a very quiet friendly village. We sat for hours on the balcony relaxing and watching the views and the weather. The Italian shower is epic and much enjoyed by our teenage youths (the other shower is also excellent). Kitchen/diner has huge amounts of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc. and the fridge/freezer is excellent. Marvellous laundry room was very useful.
The owner is very friendly. We spent two weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed it. A car is an absolute must as the nearest shops are several miles away.
