Arafa Hotel - فندق عرفه الجديد

The hotel was brilliant, it is located in the heart of Tanta. The swimming pool is perfect and the facilities here are excellent. The staff are the best thing about the hotel, despite the lovely buffet breakfast, super clean rooms and really comfortable beds in a spacious well furnished room. I would like to thank Ahmed A, Amin M,Dolta A on the reception who are incredibly kind and helpful and speak perfect English. I would also like to thank the cleaning ladies as the rooms are immaculate, the kitchen staff for lovely freshly made omelette etc, always served with a smile and kind words and finally the other many staff including the door man. If you want an amazing time I would definitely recommend this hotel (I have stayed in Ain Sukna, Ras El Bar, Cairo and Alexandria and enjoyed my stay here the most!!!)

I enjoyed my stay here so much that I can't think of a single thing I would change about the hotel.

The staff are welcoming and so cooperative.
