Helpful staff: I was travelling with my elderly parents, and I asked for a room on the ground floor. They did everything to prevent my mom - who has knee problems and is 75+- from stepping on stairs.
Cleanliness: Everything was clean. No unwanted odour. The cleanliness review is from my mom, and she is someone hard to satisfy on this subject.
Location: The location is in the Old City, where the main temples, palace, and Museums. Additionally, the bus and metro station are just around the corner.

La chambre avait l’air neuve tellement elle était propre, le personnel était super sympa, emplacement génial pour découvrir tous Bangkok car très central et à 1 minute à pied du MÉTRO.
