The boat is new
The location is quiet
The staff was attentive
The boat is docked and not moving
There was second boat docked next to it, so no view at all. Two days later the other boat was gone, so maybe you will be lucky.
The AC was centrally stopped at night somehow and back again in the morning (maybe fise issue)
Maybe we were the only guests and the facilities looked somehow not in use
