Appartement lumineux propre avec terrasse aménagée
Pas de micro-ondes ni de bouilloire prévus dans le descriptif booking la casserole est à changer il était difficile de réchauffer des plats ou de l eau pour un thé sans ces accessoires.
Poignée cassé de la terrasse et la porte du placard de la chambre est à revisser qui risque de tomber

The place is very comfortable, well‑equipped, and the large terraces are truly a highlight: spacious, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the evening breeze.
The only downside is the location. It’s quite far from the city center, and reaching Syntagma Square takes at least 50 minutes in one direction. If you plan to explore central Athens frequently, keep this in mind.
Still, for travelers looking for a quiet, comfortable stay with great outdoor space, this apartment is a solid choice.

This apartment was in a great location, short walk to supermarket and local cafes and bakeries. A spacious apartment with dishwasher and washing machine. We caught the 122 bus to Athens and to beaches up the coast.
We stayed for 6 nights and during that time we noticed the building's entrance floor was dirty with spilt coffee and no-one cleaned it. I believe there are residents living in this building. The handle to the back door to verandah was broken and we found it difficult to close the door. A draw knob in the bedroom needs repair also.

Propreté et proximité à la plage, supermarché et transports en commun.
L’appartement est comme dans les photos. Très cosy et fonctionnel. Parfait pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Il pourrait accueillir une 4ème personne sans problème.
Le propriétaire était super réactif.
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et retournerons sans doute l’année prochaine.
Je conseille vivement cet appartement.
