Great seating & generous sized rooms!
Not much area around pool which isn’t shaded - both a good and bad thing depending on what the guest would like!
Road to get to the accomodation is quite bumpy and it did sometimes make it difficult/longer to get transport, however this is likely only a temporary issue and out of the control of the host!

Amazing property with everything high quality and presented perfectly. Literally exactly the same as the photos. So new, so clean and so relaxing .
Loved everything about the property

The Villa was perfect and the staff were so attentive.
Nothing negative to say had everything we wanted and was close to everything. Only thing is give yourself time to book Gojek if going anywhere but this will be the same anywhere in ULU

Loved the layout of the property although surrounding was still a construction site
Not overly clean. Passable but bathroom and sink was very scummy.
A lot of the taps and shower would
Randomly stop working..
Other guest were very noisy at night and drunk climbing on the villa fence.
Construction going on so noise a bit of surrounding dust
