Very nice facilities, breakfast was simple but nice

Hanoi Loopers Hostel was perfectly located within the heart of Hanoi Old Town! It is amongst the bustling streets and cafes and restaurants and so close to the location of the weekend night market! The staff were lovely and very helpful, particularly for extending extra night very easily, laundry, and advice for booking tours such as the Ha Giang Loop as they work with a tour company directly. The room was relatively small but I met some very lovely people so we were never really in there! Unfortunately I arrived during a period of heavy rain so we could not make use of the rooftop for socialising, but I am sure when it is not rainy season it is very sociable. Luggage storage is available once you check out as well as a shower and toilet if you need to hang around in Hanoi until an evening night bus!

Good location

Rooms were so cramped would not stay longer than 1 night, also before I had checked out my bed was made for the next person with all my clothes left on the floor (I still had two hours before checking out)
