Very clean and well presented. Incredibly comfy furnishings

The kitchen was superbly well stocked. We could have made any meal we wanted with the range of pots, pans, baking trays and other utensils provided - very unusual to find such a well stocked kitchen in a holiday rental so we were delighted! The owners of the property were quick to respond when we had a question about check out, and were always very polite to use over the message system. There is a large sofa, a bathroom upstairs and downstairs, and fab fitted furniture in the master bedroom which would have been super for a longer stay - enabling you to unpack some clothes if staying for more than a few nights. The place was beautifully set up when we arrived with plates and bowls laid out on the dining table. The property is close to a tram stop (we walked up to Martinscroft stop but you could also go an equal distance to Benchill). There was space for one car on the drive and other parking available on surrounding streets. Only note is to be careful reversing onto the drive as the road is quite narrow. Not a fault of the property at all and it's super that there's parking available for use!

We stayed three nights and can honestly say the property is a real 'home away from home' - it had everything we needed (we have two young children!), was clean, modern and welcoming. Terrence and Portia are superb hosts who communicate clearly and even popped by to offer us a cot! I recommend this property 100% 👍👌

Property was extremely homely, as soon as you walked in the door. Furnishings were well thought out and made you feel very comfortable. Hosts had gone out of their way to leave a good selection of goods in the fridge and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.
