The all-in-one washing and drying machine has been a great help on rainy days. We chose this guesthouse for our trip to Kyoto with our two-year-old baby. The room is clean and tidy, and it's very close to the subway station. It's convenient to go to various tourist attractions in the city. Although it's unfortunately raining, I don't have to worry about my clothes not drying because I have a washer-dryer combo. It's really convenient. If I have the opportunity to visit Kyoto again, I will definitely choose to stay at this guesthouse again.

The house was newly built last year; the facilities are brand new, and the place was spotlessly clean. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, while the second floor has two bedrooms and another toilet. Each bedroom has three single beds that can be easily moved and pushed together to form a huge bed—perfect for peace of mind if children are sleeping there, as there is no worry about them rolling off onto the floor. Buying groceries is very convenient; there is a Lawson convenience store less than 100 meters away, and a fresh food market just across the street. It is also only a five-minute walk to Kujo Subway Station, making the location excellent. The street in front of the house sees very little foot or vehicle traffic, so it is very quiet. The host was wonderful—responsive to all questions and helpful in recommending local spots for dining and sightseeing. It is a shame my stay in Kyoto was so short this time, but I will definitely come back.

Tall people need to be careful when going up or down the stairs, as there is a spot where they could easily hit their heads.
