Location, facilities, comfy sofa.
Mould was apparent upstairs and the smell was noticeable when entering the property. Wasn’t properly hoovered or cleaned.
Hair was in shower and around the bathroom floor.
Floor was dirty and all the kids white socks were black!
Bottle of water left on top of the fridge
No lamps in big bedroom
Handheld shower hook is broken so was awkward to wash properly.
Back of the headboard on the big bed fell down on one side in the night.
Big clock needs batteries
Lots of hard steps that hurt your feet

Very central location. Close to amenities. Good size rooms
Blinds needed especially due to sunny weather too much light coming in early hours through windows in rear bedroom
Just finishing little touches like a bath mat and hair towel.

The apartment was lovely, great location to get around Brighton easily on public transport as we had lots planned for our best friends 50th. Perfect size for 4 of us.. The beds are amazing, all 4 of us had the best nights sleep we have had in years! Great facilities in kitchen so you didn't always have to eat out. Was really homely and cosy.
We also had great communication from Jonny at Opulent - he was a star!
There are more stairs than we were expecting from the property details which it's worth bearing in mind if you have anyone with mobility issues. The bathroom is also on a different floor to the bedrooms which makes sense for the layout/ use of space, but again is worth noting.

Station Side Sanctuary was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located next to Brighton Station. The hosts were helpful and responsive throughout. Would 100% stay again!
