It is the worst stay on booking that I ever booked

DIRTY ROACHES EVERYWHERE the ppl who own the house is rude the ppl who share the house with are RUDE and don’t mind they eat your things that u put in the refrigerator. The kitchen stay filthy, the house is nasty the only good thing was the air conditioner. They gave me a bed with wet blankets. The backyard looks like a Forrest DO NOT BOOK HERE

It a halfway house claimed to be an Airbnb

Location

The bed was so uncomfortable and I rolled over and the pic fell on my head while I was trying to sleep and after all that I woke up to a bug on the floor next to someone eyelashes

I’d like my money back I wasn’t even able to stay in the property! I’d like to formally REPORT this property.

I’m filing a formal complaint regarding a booking through Booking.com for an Airbnb-style property. Despite confirming our arrival time and repeatedly requesting the gate code, we received no response. When we arrived, we were locked out and left stranded outside for over two hours with no assistance. My phone was down, so we used my partner’s phone to call and leave a voicemail, but still heard nothing back. This was a stressful and unsafe situation with nowhere else to go. I was also unable to reach Booking.com’s customer support during this urgent issue, which made matters SEVERELY worse. I am requesting a full refund due to failure to provide access, and I urge you to investigate this property to prevent this from happening to others. This was a serious service failure, not a minor inconvenience!

It was completely vacant. WE WERE LEFT STRANDED FOR TWO HOURS!

If it’s cheap and the location works, it might be an option. But there are clear downsides of it being a loud environmen

The location is nice, and it was clean enough

It’s a very busy and loud house full of people and children. The blanket was tiny and towels were kind of weirdly low quality. Quiet hours weren’t really a thing, with people being up and actively talking until 2-3am each night.
