Host was incredibly responsive and supportive, home is very spacious and comfortable - enough beds and rooms and sitting space, kitchen is well supplied in terms of cookware and appliances, water was perfect temperature, parking space available, stable internet abd good tv options location is 30 seconds from regular bus stop, lots of shops and facilities nearby, neighbourhood is safe and quiet.
Wish there was a functional dishwasher, the current one requires maintenance, and i wish there were two full bathrooms though there are 1.5 bathrooms which also works.
