Size, comfort and location.
Couldn’t lock security doors. Smart door lock would be a worthwhile investment then you wouldn’t need keys.

Great location. Well presented. Loved the oversized family room.
Could have done with a 3rd or larger bathroom. Not all beds had a guest towel.
Very creaky floors upstairs. Weird kitchen layout, pungent smell from utensils drawer.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for families, with plenty of space to easily accommodate our large family. The child friendly garden was a big highlight for the kids, and the thoughtful extras on arrival were very much appreciated. The location was also excellent and made everything very convenient. We would happily stay again.
