An studio in extremely poor condition. On the day we arrived, the door lock was not working, so we could not get in at 4pm as established and rest from a long trip as a technician came to repair it and stayed until 8:00 p.m. the entire day was wasted because I could not do anything due the obvious noise of the works. In a positive way must be said that the agency handled the situation nicely but considering that the apartment was vacant since 9am and our checking was at 4pm…time enough to avoid this incident
The studio had two sofas that you sank into when you sat down, the one inside has springs really damaged , apart from the dirt they had, which makes you avoid to even seat on them.
curtains were disgusting to touch because of the amount of dust and dirt on them.
They need a deep wash, specially the front door ones which are the ones you pass by constantly .
The kitchen utensils and tableware were in very poor condition, with broken items, mismatched plates, cutlery, etc.
The bathroom was without a doubt the worst part, with mould in the shower area all around in the floor and walls
The toilet had a completely black, extremely dirty base, apparently from years of accumulated dirt and a big scratch on the side of the bowl. The condition was horrible. The mattress had suspicious stains that I can’t identify. Pillows were also dirty and full of stain
also to be mentioned the old fashioned hair dryer and iron that weren’t looking reliable at all and were defenetly a vintage items
Outside light was not working
When made the booking WiFi was offered for free as proved in the screenshot and then requestion payment of 37 euros for the modem. On top of that surprised that towels and bed linen were not offered as part of the basic booking and was charged as an extra.
I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived because I’m allergic to dust, but it was impossible because there was no availability elsewhere.
