This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had! The apartment is completely brand new, spotless clean, modern, extremely comfortable, and spacious. The host is truly exceptional and goes far beyond what you would normally expect. Communication with her was incredibly easy. You can text or call her and she responds almost immediately, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. When we mentioned we would like an extra pillow, she brought several incredibly soft pillows so we could choose what suited us best. She welcomed us with a generous snack basket, water, and a folder full of maps and helpful guides that made exploring the area so much easier. We had a small WiFi issue and she returned within a few minutes to fix it personally. She even helped us with our luggage to the station, and when we were delayed because of an accident, she patiently waited for us without any stress. It’s rare to find such genuine care and hospitality. Staying here felt comfortable and welcoming. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation and would absolutely choose it again. 😁

All’accoglienza Sonia rispecchia tutto questo.

Non ho trovato nessun difetto.
