The apartment was nice. The pillows were nice and soft. The communication with the reservations team was efficient. We did not see the pool area.

My sister and niece checked in a few hours before me. When I arrived at 9.30pm the security guy on the front desk was suspicious of me and said he had no record of my booking. I explained that my sister had already checked in but he was dubious and escorted me all the way to the apartment where he questioned my sister, and then said that he would check our story on the cctv cameras. It was bizarre and not an ideal start to my trip. But the worst thing, and this was major, was the noise. We hardly slept because the noise from outside was constant and so loud. Traffic, cars honking, people etc.. The soundproofing is inadequate in the apartment. If you want rest and peace, do not book here. We left after one night. Thankfully the host was very understanding and refunded me the remaining nights.
