The location was great, and the property was very nice with a beautiful breakfast included. The staff was exceptionally kind.
We had a family room and unfortunately, it did not have a window which made it feel very enclosed.

This hotel is an oasis of calm in a busy city. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The vegetarian restaurant attached to the hotel serves delicious and varied food- mainly Vietnamese but other options too such as pasta and chips! Our room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated - the bed was exceptionally comfortable! It is in a busy part of town so there was some noise in the evening but it did not go on late.
All good.
