The Staff are amazing! Everyone we had contact with were so accommodating and genuine. The bellman took exceptionally great care to line up our car and luggage and we are grateful for all encounters on your properties. The location is second only to your staff and the reason we will return.
We have previously stayed in 2 wonderful rooms with you. I understand we payed much less for the most recent apartment stay, however I did not expect you would offer such a low standard so I was expecting more I guess. I practically had to stand in the bidet to shave in front of the mirror.
The shower water controls are very strange and we wound up taking cold showers.

Çalışanlar, terasta prosecco ile sıcak karşılama ve konumu çok iyiydi.
Otelden çıkıp arka sokakta başka bir yere geçince şaşırdık.
