Great location! Fab host!
Clean and well equiped and very comfy bed! Lovely powerful shower! Great outdoor /patio area with fire.
Great surrounding fields to walk our dog! We loved it!
Would have been great if the fire wood for burning was already supplied rathet than having to purchase it!

Such a cool and quirky property - it’s peaceful , perfect size for a couple and a dog. Absolutely loved the outdoors seating area with log fire. All the fairy lights and little quirky decoration really made it so cool!
A large field accessible just outside the property so really ideal for letting doggo run around .
Host Stu was really helpful friendly and approachable - made everything easy for us!
Nothing ! It was a perfect stay :)

Excellent choice for a short stay close to Rye. Given obvious restrictions, the space had been used ingeniously. Stu was very hospitable and helpful.
Generally clean, but a few areas could have done with a little more attention (e.g. portable induction hob and corners in the bathroom).
