The location was convenient, there wasn't a lot of noise from surrounding flats, the bedroom & living room were spacious with comfortable furniture.
The kitchen was a bit cramped, some of the white goods weren't fitted properly (the oven was loose in its cabinet, for example), and the bedroom window was not triple glazed, so I had to jury rig a solution for the noise from Tower Bridge Road (otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep).
