The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff was thorough and friendly. Location of hotel is fantastic. Shopping and eateries nearby.
Some rooms do not have windows. Long walk to some rooms. We had 4 rooms during our stay and all are not near to each other.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Excellent laundry facilities- they even send the dried clothes to your room so you don't have to wait.
Staff helped me book train tickets to Shenzhen.
Room could do with windows, but we hardly spend much time on the room, so a minor issue
