Location

There should be a duvet cover for an extra sofa

La localisation, et bel hôtel.

This unit is not managed directly by the hotel. While you are staying in the hotel, you don’t really have access to hotel services, and you cannot make requests directly at the reception. The check-in was not smooth. At check-out, a company agent was already at the door, asking us to leave. Despite my request for a bellboy (who never came), I was asked to wait outside the room with the baby which was unprofessional Additionally, there is a area right outside the window where hotel staff sit, with a direct view into the room, which is quite uncomfortable and lacks privacy. So complicate to open the curtains.
