OPULENT OASIS HOTELS AND Apartment

Neatness

Car park space

The staff were polite and addressed our complaints. The lady at reception, Nkem, has excellent customer service skills. The place was clean and well-decorated.

The room was a bit too small.

I was not able to have their breakfast, but their service is excellent

Pros: - great location in Lekki phase 1 - Clean environment - Friendly gate staff - Constant light - AC worked very well - Hot water and a good shower size Cons - Rude female staff - Access code to get into the gate of the estate property after 10pm. If you get there after 12am you need a new code and sometimes they don’t pick on time - Toilet seat was bad which could injure - Really small space even for one. Was really really small I would recommended to stay here for only 1 night and with minimal luggage - For the price per night was expensive given the size of the room I won’t be going back there even is they were offering a free night and I stayed only one night.
