Everything was great

My family came to the Orlando area for my son's basketball tournament. The house was clean and met our satisfaction. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was nice.

The villa layout, themed decor, and general presentation were nice on arrival, and the resort location itself is good.

Property Maintenance & Cleanliness: The villa is starting to look run down and is in need of a deep clean, it wasn't as clean as I'd hoped when we arrived. There were several minor issues, including kitchen drawers nearly falling out, dirty marks on the walls, a broken pool lanai, and dusty ceiling fans. Host Communication & Check-in: Check-in caused unnecessary stress; despite booking for a party of 8, the host hadn't pre-registered our second vehicle with security, causing a long delay at the gate. This was very quickly resolved but for large party bookings, they should check the name and how many vehicles being used in advance (this is what other site owners have done with me in the past). Facilities: The air conditioning was out of order for the first 3 nights of our stay, which disrupted our sleep and impacted the start of our vacation. Throughout the stay, communication was poor—we spent far too much time chasing the host for updates and resolutions.
