The landlord was fantastic. We were in distress because we were heading to a different property and it cancelled as we were approaching it. We had an elderly person with us who needed a rest and in great stress. The landlord was fantastic and answered my phone call, making sure we were able to go in. As it was a stressful situation we only made sure we had enough beds in the house, and were so pleasantly surprised when we got into the property: it it big, beautiful, comfortable and specious!
