We had a great time at Bang Tao staying at the Title Legendary as a family of 4. The apartment was well equipped and clean, had a beautiful view over the pool, and a great location within a walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the pool, gym and other facilities for kids.
There's some construction close by as the rest of the condo is being built, but it didn't disturb our stay at all
