Absolutely incredible. Amazing service, good was incredible, so close to town, incredible views and pool. Super clean. Absolute loved our stay. Wish it had’ve been longer.

Very clean and fantastic staff. Some of the best cocktails we had all trip.
Minor comment but information could be added in the room with details of Spa services / opening times for breakfast / bar etc.

A very stylish hotel with a wonderful view of Ella and a lovely saltwater pool; Breakfast is also served with a wonderful view. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating—simply wonderful people!
It is a 15-minute drive to the arched bridge. Nearby, there are many different restaurants, pharmacies, fruit vendors, and massage parlors.

Big bedroom, comfortable bed. Nice view.
Rude, dismissive staff. When I turned up to check in the late afternoon they acted like it was a chore.
The next morning someone abruptly came up to me demanding I fill out forms which they didn’t give me upon check in, without saying hello or smiling - seemed like a hostile interaction for no reason.
Groundstaff stared at me a lot when I was coming & going, as a F solo traveler this felt uncomfortable & bizarre (I had already been in Sri Lanka 2.5 weeks at this point and hadn’t experienced this anywhere else).
Nobody refilled the water in the room or made the bed
Which for the price should be standard.
Not a 5 star experience. Would never stay here again.
