EASY ACCESS AND PARKING

One of the cabin’s biggest advantages is its convenient location and easy approach.

- No steep or winding mountain roads required
- Convenient access from Downtown Gatlinburg
- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is not normally required

During winter weather, four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be helpful depending on road conditions.

SMOKY MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE

Black bears are a natural part of the Smoky Mountain experience, and sightings may occur throughout Gatlinburg Falls Resort.

Guests may occasionally see bears walking through the neighborhood, near wooded areas, or passing through the resort.

Our welcome guide includes helpful bear-safety information. For your safety, please never approach, feed, or attempt to interact with wildlife. Do not leave food or scented items outside or inside an unattended vehicle.

QUIET HOURS AND NEIGHBOR COURTESY

We want you to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay while also being respectful of our neighbors.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep voices, music, and other noise at a considerate level, especially while using the balcony or hot tub after 10:00 PM, as sound can travel to nearby residences.

PET-FREE PROPERTY

This is a strictly pet-free property, which helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Although we love furry friends, pets are not permitted at the cabin, and pet amenities or supplies are not provided.

OCCUPANCY

The cabin accommodates up to four registered guests with:

- One king-size bed
- One queen-size sleeper sofa

The maximum occupancy must be observed throughout the stay. Unregistered visitors are not permitted.

CONTACTLESS SELF CHECK-IN

- Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM
- Self check-in with no in-person meeting required
- Personalized door code activates at the scheduled check-in time
- Arrival details and local recommendations are sent before check-in once all booking requirements are complete

Early check-in cannot be accommodated. Our cleaning team needs the full preparation window to thoroughly clean, inspect, and prepare the cabin, especially during peak seasons and same-day turnovers. We truly appreciate your understanding.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

Within 48 hours of booking:

- The rental agreement must be completed
- A government-issued photo ID must be submitted for verification

All required steps must be completed before arrival details and the door code can be released.

INTERNET AND CONNECTIVITY

- High-speed internet is available
- Cell phone service is generally available at the cabin
- Smart TVs are provided for guests to access their own streaming accounts

As with any mountain destination, occasional service interruptions may occur due to weather, utility issues, or other circumstances outside the host’s control.

SIMPLE CHECKOUT

Before leaving, we only ask that you:

- Load and start the dishwasher
- Turn off appliances
- Lock the door

You do not need to:

- Take out the trash
- Strip the beds
- Gather the towels
- Start laundry

Our professional cleaning team handles the linens, towels, and turnover cleaning after every stay.
