- Fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances + essentials, tons of pantry space with both a Keurig and Drip Coffee Machine
- Dining room opening into a bright sunroom/living space
- Den cozy and ready for movie nights with Smart TV
- Laundry in Den Closet, stacked units for smaller loads.

- Walk out to spacious porch with gas grill and outdoor dinning area

LAKEFRONT & BOATING
Guests have direct access to the lake from the property. You may park your boat at the house dock, but please note:
- The dock sits on the rougher side of the lake
- We cannot guarantee your boat won’t shift, bump, or get nicked during rough water or storms
- In winter, the lake often freezes, offering snowshoeing and ice skating right outside your door.
IMPORTANT: Swimming, boating, and all water activities on Candlewood Lake are done at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their own safety while enjoying the lake.
PETS CONSIDERED (Max 1 pet) but PRIOR APPROVAL REQUIRED before booking.
- Pet is not allowed on the property without prior approval.
- A minimum charge of $500 applies for unauthorized pets.
- Approved pet will incur a $50 per night per pet service fee (charged after booking).
- Guests are asked to keep pet off furniture and crate them if left alone in the home.
- Guests must clean up after their pets and report any “accidents” prior to departure.

There are two parking spaces in the alcove in front of the house. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis during the day. There is generally NO overnight parking on the street. During winter months, when snow is expected, this is heavily enforced; plows must be able to plow the entire street.
