Make Harbour Pointe Unit 702 your very own Secret Spot in the slice of paradise that is Perdido. Guests love this complex for the premium amenities, convenient location to Perdido Key and NAS Pensacola, marina access, ability to bring your own boat, private strip of sandy beach on the calm waters of the Intracoastal, fishing honey hole, and the jaw dropping view of the pristinely undeveloped, Gulf Island National Seashore. This 7th floor viewpoint allows you to enjoy the view of the Gulf Of Mexico with the endless horizon as a backdrop, just across the sparkling Intracoastal Waterway. You will quickly understand these waterways are a Boater's Paradise. Enjoy some Sitting & Sipping on the private balcony and watch the boats go by. It is the epitome of relaxation to watch for dolphins cruising by and manatees hanging around the marina. You might even spot a Blue Angel buzzing past on a practice day for the famous flight team.
Perdido Key is only 10 minutes away by car, but just across the water by boat. There is a beautiful marina at Harbour Pointe that guests can access for fishing or checking out the water. You can bring your boat to Harbour Pointe and anchor it in the shallows or beach it. There are marinas very nearby that rent slips if you prefer a boat slip. Use of private boat slips at Harbour Pointe is not included in this rental. There is limited trailer parking on-site. These spaces are first-come/first-serve, but there are nearby businesses with spaces to store a trailer very close by as a back-up plan. There is a boat launch at nearby Big Lagoon State Park and also one at Galvez Landing in nearby Innerarity Point. You are also welcome to bring your kayak and can launch those behind the condo building.
For guests who do not want to bring a boat, don't worry. PKRM offers a complimentary dolphin cruise, sunset cruise or deep sea fishing charter to enjoy. 1 excursion per day of reservation is available. PKRM also offers golf at the beautiful Lost Key Golf Course and Soldier's Creek. We even have admission to OWA if you love roller coasters. Be sure to take advantage of these opportunities for adventure via the Xplorie App.
Of course, Harbour Pointe has a great location, but it also has lifestyle amenities to offer. Enjoy a state of the art fitness center, a giant pool deck surrounding a waterfront pool, a soaking spa, a cabana area with grills and a community room. The entrance to the building is private and secure for your peace of mind. There are miles of safe sidewalks if you enjoy riding bikes, walking or running. The Naval Aviation Museum and the viewing area for Blue Angels practices is 6 minutes away. There are lots of things to do and Downtown Pensacola, as well as Orange Beach, offer even more shopping, restaurants and attractions. Both of these areas are short drives away. But a vacation at Harbour Pointe can also be relaxing, refreshing and restorative.
