With the sparkling Pacific Ocean just out front and the Santa Ynez Mountains rising behind, you’ll be surrounded by natural beauty. We are close to the highway and a main coastal road—making it easy to explore—though you may notice some street sounds, especially during peak hours.

The entire suite, deck, orchard, garden, and hot tub is private, and yours to enjoy! A unique code is created for you to access the home via a smartlock on the front door.
