Please Note:
- 2 Weekly Palmetto Dunes gate passes are included in the rental. Additional passes must be requested and purchased in advance.
- Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older.
- The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. A minimum three-day notice is required for heating requests, and the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay if requested.
- 1 Dog under 60 lbs. or 2 dogs under 100 lbs. are allowed for an additional fee paid for in advance of arrival. Pets must be dsclosed before arrival.
- Pack ‘n Play and high chair are available upon request. To ensure they are set up and ready at check-in, please request them in advance prior to your arrival day.
