This renovated apartment with open concept and spacious living area is located on the 3rd floor (access by stairs only - no elevators).
Solar-powered home with battery backup for uninterrupted comfort.
This unique penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer inside the unit, kitchen, dining area, living area, balcony and an open terrace.
Accommodates up to 8 guests: a master bedroom with a queen bed, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioner for a comfortable sleep, smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
Kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked with all you will need during your stay to cook meals. Fully furnished dining and living areas with smart TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and AC. Outdoor furniture in the terrace, with dining space, lounge seating, an inflatable hot tub, and a pool table. Fully equipped with all the essentials (linens, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer) and more – all that you need to feel at home! Beach towels, chairs, cooler and other beach gears are also provided for your use as well. One (1) designated parking space.
Restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacy and fast-food places less than 5 min drive. Great location for a relaxing beach stay. It's a couple hundred yards off the beach and a 20-30 min beach walk to the Kioskos(60 front to back open bars with the beach behind) to the west with some beautiful calm water in between and a chance to snorkel off a beautiful reef. Its also 20-30 min beach walk to the east to go to Boardriders and watch the surfers. Local bar 3 blocks away along with a convience store for all your last second needs. Highly recommend for someone whos looking for something outside of San Juan.
