Stay under the palms in legendary Costa Rei. Villa Palme is a dream surrounded by greenery: your holiday home sits in a private 1,000 m² palm garden with Monte Nai as a backdrop. From the garden, a small gate leads to a footpath, taking you to the fine sandy beach of Costa Rei in just a few minutes. The sea is shallow and crystal-clear, perfect for children to play safely. In the heart of Costa Rei, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and a weekly market with Sardinian specialties, fresh organic produce, and local crafts.

Villa Palme is your Sardinian getaway if you’re looking for a sunny family home in a prime location, love morning swims before breakfast, or want to alternate beach days with relaxing moments in the palm garden.

This detached villa offers a spacious, tastefully decorated living room in Sardinian style with an indoor fireplace. Enjoy two beautiful terraces—one facing the sunset, featuring a barbecue area, perfect for grilling with family or friends, surrounded by climbing plants and hibiscus. The center of Costa Rei with its amenities is just minutes away, lively Villasimius can be reached in under half an hour, and Cagliari is about an hour’s drive.
