Dream villa with a well-kept garden at Costa Rei

Villa Luisa is the holiday home of a Sardinian couple: surrounded by ancient trees and featuring a sheltered lounge area on the garden terrace, it leaves nothing to be desired. The bright white sandy beach of Costa Rei is just a few minutes away. In the center, 2 km away, you will find many restaurants, shops, and a weekly market offering Sardinian specialties, fresh organic vegetables, and local crafts.

Villa Luisa is your holiday home in Sardinia if you are looking for a not-too-large house in an excellent location, want the beach within easy walking distance, and love relaxing in the garden or on the terrace in complete tranquility.

Dream villa by the beach

So close to the stars of Sardinia: Villa Luisa boasts a spectacular location with magnificent views of the evening sky, free from artificial lights. On the garden terrace, you can unwind perfectly on comfortable loungers. A secluded lounge area ensures peaceful evenings in total privacy. The tastefully furnished interiors offer every comfort: from the cozy living room, you access a 30 sqm loggia. The built-in barbecue area is behind the house and accessible from the kitchen—ideal for enjoying the evening sun thanks to its west-facing position. Just 200 meters away, a path through reeds and Mediterranean scrub leads you to the beautiful dream beach.
