The single-level layout opens into a light-filled living space, anchored by a 40-inch LG Smart TV, while the master suite includes its own wall-mounted television. The Electrolux kitchen is well-equipped for anything from a quick breakfast to a full family meal. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, walk-in robe, ceiling fan, and private outdoor access, with two further bedrooms each providing a double bed, built-in robe, and individual climate control.

The Ophir Hotel (2 minutes) and Oporto (850m) provide convenient options for a meal any night of the week. Ridley Oval (500m) has open green space, ideal for a walk or letting the kids run. Parrot Distilling Co (500m) offers a considered food and drink menu. Orange City Centre (3 minutes).
