This unique vacation villa was once a mill, without which the residents of the island of Šipan could not have imagined life, as it supplied them with flour. After decades of neglect, the owners have breathed new life into it, carefully preserving the original floor plan and authentic stone appearance. Today, it is a warm and cozy vacation villa, lovingly furnished in a Mediterranean style, where the owners themselves enjoy spending time with their family.
The villa, with an area of 400 square meters, is situated on a spacious lot, completely shielded from view and surrounded by centuries-old pine trees and dense forest. Nestled in tranquility and greenery, it offers complete privacy and a sense of connection with nature. From the terraces, an enchanting view opens up onto the surrounding hills and the old stone village.
The villa is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and carefree stay. Guests have access to a large heated outdoor pool, a small soccer field, a basketball court, and a padel court—perfect for socializing, relaxation, and outdoor fun.
